This book provides an extensive illustration of the clauses of the `ICC Model Commercial Agency Contract\', a model contract which has been prepared by the International Chamber of Commerce for principals and agents engaged in international trade. It also intends to give a comprehensive illustration of the various problems encountered by lawyers and business people who negotiate international commercial agency agreements. The book contains in annex the English version of the ICC model form. Disks (IBM compatible and Apple) with the text of the form in four languages (English, French, German and Italian) are also provided: a useful tool for drafting agency agreements in more languages.
