Commercial Week - Kylie Minogue For Agent Provocateur
If you're going to feature lingerie commercials, how can you not highlight this 2001 gem starring a woman who seems have been born to wear lingerie, Kylie Minogue for Agent Provocateur? I'd suppose it had even more impact when shown in movie theaters, especially if you didn't already know what her tag was going to be. Have a behind-the-scenes look as well:
Follow Ms. Minogue on twitter,
Facebook or at her website
By the way, fear not - Blue Monday will return next week.

Blue Monday 11 01 10
Technically, Agent Provocateur calls the colors of its new Rizzi bra, panties and suspenders black and grey. Being it's my blog, the lady looks gorgeous in the ensemble, and it's a Monday, I'm exercising editorial privilege and calling it black and blue.
Objections..? Didn't think so..

Agent Provocateur Autumn/Winter 2010 Arrives
If it's going to get cooler, something may as well provide some compensation. Or some heat. How about Agent Provocateur's Autumn/Winter 2010 Collection? Above and below the Sherlyn design bra, panties and rollon
The aptly-titled Shazam bra, panties and suspenders in (non-fattening) chocolate
..from front-to-back..
and AP's Helena bra, briefs and suspenders from front-to-basque..
Looks to be a great season..

Go Outside And Play In Your Panties - Saturday: Marisa Miller
The readers of FHM decreed Marisa Miller to be the Sexiest Woman In The World for 2010.
If it means more photos of this woman known for swimsuits in lingerie instead, we're all for it. Not that we're complaining, but as to why they put a Victoria's Secret model in Agent Provocateur, you'd have to ask them.
See the much longer version of her vid at www.fhm.com/marisamiller

Thanks for enjoying the great outdoors in very little over the past week. Monday, we start year five in and out of doors, but definitely in lingerie.

Daisy Lowe in Esquire: She Gets Down, We Get The Low-Down on Her Lingerie
Model Daisy Lowe shows some lingerie moves (and in some instances more skin than we feature in fufL) in the July 2010 issue of the U.K. edition of Esquire Magazine. In the layout photographed by Greg Williams, she also shows off an impressive mish-mash of lingerie as in the above instance:
Her green lace bra is by Stella McCartney, her red 'knickers' by Agent Provocateur, the Babyloo mesh polka-dot bodysuit is by Fifi Chachnil, and her thigh-high blue socks are from Falke. Talk about your Joy of Sox. OK, you can get that idea from the cover, as well:

Happy Halloween From.. Your Insurance Agent?
In the past, we've documented the most popular Halloween costumes in our happy little college community, and the perennial favorite for women (and, unfortunately, many men) has been some lingerie-infused version of a nurse. Not this year. I keep hearing plans, and in some cases what can be taken as threats, mainly by girls, to go as an agent. No, not this agent, which would make some sense:

An Insurance Agent of sorts. No, not Erin Esurance,

though we've seen a few of her wandering around in past years..

This Insurance Agent:

That's correct, Flo, from the Progressive ads. One or two girls (or guys) telling people they're planning to go with the Flo isn't a trend. Ten or fifteen people independently mentioning it in passing to either myself, my girlfriend or another friend is a borderline trend, just disturbing, or both. Not that Flo isn't, in essence, a costume. Stephanie Courtney, the actress/comedian who plays her goes through a two hour make-up job for the commercials.

If the local interpretation of a nurse is any indication, I'm guessing the Flo costumes will keep the wig, makeup, apron and a big, tricked-out name tag, but not a hell of a lot else from the real Flo's attire; most probably replaced by white bras, hot pants or boy shorts and stockings.
You may (or may not -Rule 34) be surprised to learn, much as has happened with Erin, there's now a growing amount of non-G-rated imagery devoted to Flo floating around the net. Some, having them co-starring. To be clear: to each their own, but it's times like this I don't feel like being a 25-year old straight male is too old to be writing a lingerie blog.
Speaking of which: if you really want to see a costume suggestion of an Agent for Halloween, if it's going to involve lingerie, why not go to a master, and pick one from Agent Provocateur?

Please note; I'm not going to be held responsible for any local laws you may be breaking.. May you get enough candy to rot your teeth, but remember to brush!

A Friendly Valentines Reminder From Agent Provocateur and frankufotos Lingerie
The fine folks at Agent Provocateur remind you it's never a good idea to forget Valentine's Day. Especially if your significant other is Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. If she seems familiar, you seen her in Vicky's knickers before, as well as in a rather memorable series of photos for AP
by photographer extraordinaire Ellen von Unwerth.
Let this also be a reminder that starting Monday, it's frankufotos Lingerie's annual celebration of Valentine's Week Lingerie. Miss it, and Miss Huntington-Whiteley may not be very nice to you.

Maggie Gyllenhaal 'Shocked' at Underwear Pics
From Digital Spy:
Maggie Gyllenhaal has revealed that she was shocked to see pictures of herself in her underwear after posing for Agent Provocateur.
The Secretary actress, 30, modeled for the lingerie firm's 'The Adventures of Miss AP' campaign, but said she was unprepared for what the job entailed.
She told Metro: "Somehow I hadn't understood that there'd be all these pictures of me out there in my underwear. I did it as an art project. ote>
"They asked me to do it and I said yes, but somehow I never put that together with the fact I’d have to stand around in my underwear getting my picture taken. The pictures are very tongue-in-cheek and have an irony about them, it’s not the same as doing a Victoria’s Secret ad. I felt like I was playing a character, someone who wasn’t me."
However, she added that she and her husband, actor Peter Sarsgaard, were thrilled with the final product, saying: "I was looking at them with Peter, saying: 'I don't look like that - that underwear is really good!'"
'That underwear' may be good, but perhaps Ms. Gyllenhaal needs to reassess her opinion of herself. Wonder what the chances are she might be similarly (un)attired as Rachel Dawes in the Batman Begins sequel, The Dark Knight, opening this week (July 18th in the U.S.)?
