A reminder- The new season of Dancing with the Stars begins tonight on ABC (in the U.S.) with a new co-host joining Tom Bergeron: DTWS 7th season winner Brooke Burke. As we've pointed out before, Ms. Burke has had more than a little experience appearing in lingerie, though she'll probably be a bit more demurely attired than when she was a contestant.. or modeling as in the vintage pre-Wild-On days example above. Still works as a Blue Monday for us.

Brooke Burke: Winner of More Than Dancing With The Stars

Brooke Burke is the latest Champion of the U.S. version of Dancing with the Stars. If she hadn't won, I think I'd be buying both my girlfriend and my Mother new TVs after they'd thrown a brick at their screens.

After all the season's multi-costumed athletics, she's entitled to lay back and relax in some light lingerie, as above.

My girlfriend, my mother, and several other women I've spoken with recently have a habit of spontaneously bringing up two things about the current season of the U.S. version of Dancing With The Stars: They cannot believe Brooke Burke has four kids and looks that good, and that Cloris Leachman wasn't booted off after the first week.

And despite potential injury, Ms. Burke just soldiers on.

Strangely, the few times I've tuned by the show (not counting the two times I was with my girlfriend, thus, legally obligated to watch the damn thing since she wanted to) I somehow managed to catch Brooke's performance. Not that the wardrobe malfunction in this post's title has come close to happening, but a lingerie lover can always dream..

Brooke Burke Dancing In Lingerie?

Probably not, but Ms. Burke is one of the new field of contestants on the U.S. version of Dancing With The Stars this Monday night, September 22nd (a three-hour premiere? Really, ABC? Everyone else there have the night off?).

I have to admit, I didn't really get into Rock Star, even though if I was tuning by and she was on screen I would pause the remote roulette, but in my early teen pre-internet days, watching her in assortment of flimsy outfits and small bikinis on Wild On! was about as close to video porn as I got. These kids today! They have no idea! I'm an old man of 24, and let me tell you.. and we had to walk to school when it snowed.. up-hill, both ways.. BTW, I seem to be about 11 years older since that show was on E!; how come she hasn't aged a day?

DWTS seems to have the knack for having at least one celebrity/contestant who has done/will do some photo shoots in lingerie or less in the mix, so I can reclaim part of my youthful lust, see Brooke Burke in flimsy outfits again, and have a damned good excuse for the occasional post of her in her bra and panties. It all works out. Besides, it may keep her occupied so she isn't dating strange men..
