Matching Lipstick and Itsy Bitsy Lingerie?

I know some girls match their lingerie to their outerwear, but she seems to have matched her mascara and lipstick to her Itsy Bitsy bra and shorty (that's not just descriptive, that's also the U.K. brand of her smalls)
