String Bikini

With summer fun right around the corner, it's time for you to start thinking about what you want to wear out to the beach. Finding some swimwear that both flatters you and lets you feel comfortable can be something of a feat, however, so make sure that you take a look at all the different kinds of swimwear and bikini out there. The more information you have, the better the choice you make will be, so get started and take a look at this season's favorite, the string bikini.

The classic bikini consisted of a bra-shaped top and a pair of body hugging pantie briefs, and the string bikini took it one step further by replacing the connecting parts of the bikini with thin straps, leaving the nipples and the genitals and buttocks covered with only small triangles of fabric. This is a piece of swimwear that is designed to accentuate everything it conceals, and its hard to find a more alluring or suggestive piece of clothing for the beach. You'll find that the string bikini, more than just leaving large swathes of skin uncovered, will also frame erogenous ares that are frequently covered, like the midriff and the curve of the breast. You'll also discover with just a little bit of searching, that there are a wide variety of string bikini available, from ones where the triangle of cloth is quite modest, to ones where they are quite a bit smaller.

This style first appeared in Brazil, on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro, and from there, it quickly migrated to the urban coastal centers. Ever since the sixties, the string bikini is still one of the most popular styles available for women, especially those in their twenties, and it cannot be denied that this is a look that is both sensual and playful, easily paired with a casually knotted silk sarong or worn as is.

This is definitely not a style for those who are shy, however; it many ways, it is the most revealing style of swimwear out there. For women with larger breasts, it can definitely be seen to be lacking in support, and for women who are carrying a few extra pounds, the straps can be unflattering or uncomfortable. The string bikini is quite attractive on women with slight or boyish figures, and they can accentuate curves in the breasts for women who are smaller on top. If you find that the strings are cutting or uncomfortable, though, get a bigger size or a different type of swimwear! Take some time to think about the string bikini and find out if it is the right style for you!
